When managers lose the plot
Peps eccentric team selection comes back to haunt him. This is not the first time pep picks a team out of kilter with the facts. Two years ago he left out de Bruyne and Sane against Spurs and paid the price and now we see him having rightly discarded Sterling suddenly reinstate him against all reality. Sterling went on to spend the night moaning at the ref like a spoiled child. It’s funny the way all the managers lose the plot in the end. They start to believe that they are gods and the players only puppets to be manipulated in order to carry out the managers master plan. Pep should have kept it simple and stuck with the people who won him the league.
